A-dec Certified Pre-Owned Return Policy

Authorized dealers wishing to return A-dec CPO product that has not been installed to A-dec for credit consideration are subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) returns will not be accepted outside of 30 days from the invoice date; (ii) individual line value less than $50 retail cannot be returned for credit; (iii) a return authorization must be obtained prior to returning parts to A-dec; and (iv) a 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all product returns, plus shipping and freight. In the case of a defective warranty item, call A-dec Customer Services for RMA Number.
