A-dec Certified Pre-Owned Purchase Terms

All A-dec Certified Pre-Owned purchases must be made through use of an A-dec Authorized Dealer.  

Sale is subject to A-dec’s receipt, verification, and acceptance of valid Purchase Order from an Authorized Dealer, and will be based on a “first-come, first-serve basis” with respect to the chronological order and receipt of a valid and accepted Purchase Order. A-dec reserves the right to verify, validate, and accept all Purchase Orders.

Products are subject to availability, and A-dec does not guarantee that all items shown are still available for purchase. Please contact your Authorized Dealer to confirm Product availability. A-dec is not liable to any party for delays or unforeseen circumstances that impact the availability of any product.
